Training

We have transformed complex psychological and scientific concepts into accessible learning experiences.

Our training equips participants with immediately applicable skills – whether they're delivering group workshops or implementing trauma-informed approaches into their work.

All our training takes a trauma-informed approach which has been informed by the work of leaders in this field including Bessel Van der Kolk, Bruce Parry and Gabor Maté.

All our training and consultancy programmes are underpinned by the six principles of trauma-informed practice as recognised by the Government Office for Health Improvement and Disparities.
