The Rock Pool team were incredibly proud to celebrate a special moment for the organisation at the NatWest SE100 Impact Pioneer Awards 2026 in Manchester last night. 🎉

🐚 Rock Pool has been named in the NatWest SE100 Index 2026, recognising the UK’s Top 100 social enterprises, while our founder and CEO, Sue Penna, has been named in the first Pioneers100 list of UK impact leaders.

In a UK sector of around 100,000 social enterprises doing vital work in communities, being included in the SE100 is something we’re incredibly proud of.

We were also proud to be recognised as a Public Sector Pioneer Award finalist recognising the value of our innovative project developing trauma informed approaches with Hampshire Police Response Teams.

This is one aspect of our work supporting trauma-informed practice across many areas of public service, helping frontline professionals respond to trauma with greater understanding, confidence and consistency.

For Rock Pool, this recognition reflects more than 20 years of work developing trauma-informed training, Recovery Toolkits and practical approaches that support frontline professionals and the people they work alongside.

We’re especially proud to see Sue’s vision, commitment and leadership recognised through the Pioneers100 list!

A huge thank you to our team, trainers, partners, facilitators and commissioners - and to everyone who has been part of Rock Pool’s journey.

We’re proud of this moment, and even more proud of the work, partnerships and people it represents.
