As the author of How to Understand and Deal with Social Anxiety, All You Need Is Rest, and the Social Anxiety Workbook, Mita offers practical guidance and support. She also shares her expertise on the Healing Place podcast and writes a newspaper column.
Mita works with individuals in her private practice, with schools, the NHS, workplaces, and organisations to advise and educate on achieving their wellbeing agenda. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time in nature and with her family.
